K-D Tools 2790 End Cap Oil Filter Wrench Review

It is hard to tell by the description exactly what size oil filter it is made for.Guess I will try it and give an update later.I am working on a 1999 Dodge Ram with 5.2L V8.The filter I always use is PH16.PH16 has 15 bumps on the outside end and the seal is about 3 inches.
I had to send it back as it is too big for our aplication.It is a good heavy-duty metal tool.

Specially designed wrench removes and installs hard - to - reach 3" (76mm) oil filters with a 15 - flute end. It fits various flute designs found on AC/Delco, Farm, Wix, STP, NAPA, Sears, Gard, VW, Motorcraft and other filters. Use with a 3/8" square drive tool or a 1" wrench. Durable steel wrench is zinc plated to resist rust. Be sure fluted end of filter matches wrench.
