These wheel covers are great! I ordered them for a little blue Scion xA, to give it more of a VW Beetle feel. Even though they don't have Vee-Dub on the center, the black is great. They are plastic but they certainly haven't fallen off--and you get an excellent deal because of the material. They were easy to put on, though the instructions were lacking regarding the inflation nozzle. Just make sure the dip in the frame of the wheel cover goes over the nozzle.

Two of the four hubcaps cracked on installation!These are plastic.They come with a cheap metal ring that is theoretically designed to strengthen the clips, BUT there are no metal clips!Just plastic.I didn't have a rubber mallet so I used my hands/fist.I'm a small woman, so I know I didn't exert an unusual amount of force to cause the breakage.I'll keep them because they look better than nothing.

Pilot WH521-16C-B All Black 16" Indy Wheel Cover Review

Just got these for my 2007 Passat w/16" OEM steelies & will be returning them. A couple of big problems -- the spring retaining ring that keep them in place doesn't have a little jog to route around my valve stem so the fitment is bad - one of them popped off after about a mile (fortunately I was able to cruise back and get it). The other aftermarket rims I have did do route around the valve stem and fit just fine - it's not rocket science.

Secondly, the retaining ring is not painted back, but is metallic in color,so stands out like a sore thumb against my black steelies.

Generally, the manufacturer did not invest any IQ points at all in the design of this product. So...I'm returning them if they will take them back. Finally, although they look flat in shapein the pics provided, they actually bulge out quite a bit, which is a different look that is apparent from the provided pics. It is a shame, as otherwise they would've looked pretty cool and reasonably well finished from a plastic forming and painting standpoint.My advice, avoid these if possible, but at least double check they properly fit your oem steelies - it's not clear from the provided info -- they say they fit "most" 16" wheels on the box.
