STROBE LIGHT KIT --2 PC. STICK-ON W/5 COLOR CAPS Review

Connected these up to my stroller for Christmas. They are too bright really to be connected to the outside of the stroller but make great ground effects. Every time my wife and I push our stroller past a cop we get a thumbs up. Our stroller is very visible to traffic. Do not run wires where anyone can touch even the insulated portion. The insulation is really insufficient for the voltages they are pushing. It doesn't hurt though, just a little tingle.
